Clients may cancel their storage or shipment services by providing written notice at least 5 days in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a pro-rata basis.
Early termination of services outside the regular contract terms may incur additional fees. These fees will be specified in the client’s service agreement.
Certain services, including expedited shipping or emergency access, are non-refundable once scheduled or provided.
Tapman Cold Storage reserves the right to revise this cancellation policy as necessary. Any updates will be communicated in writing.
